wow, what a stay!

separate sinks rainfall shower modern treadmills free bottles

i secured a superior double room and it had two separate sinks! the rainfall shower was awesome, with consistent, powerful water pressure. the gym had three treadmills. there were also two stationary bikes available for guest use. i used the complimentary water bottles provided daily.

the elevator moved a little slow sometimes. just barely.

the staff provided excellent service especially in recommending local places for food.

the room i stayed in was far too small. the pictures online did not match the reality, and the facilities was old. breakfast was also a letdown, with a poor selection of low-quality items.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was close to many attractions. The staff were very helpful. I was offered an upgrade without asking (this was a nice surprise). The sauna and steam room were a great addition.

The breakfast area was not up to par. The cleanliness there needs improvement. I felt uneasy about sitting at the tables.

The breakfast included ten types of cheese. The dining area is on the fourth floor. It was nice to have breakfast. there is a need to improve the cleanliness of tables and chairs in the breakfast area.

My room included a rainfall shower. I found the room clean upon arrival. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles and tea bags each day. (I enjoyed the small perk of a coffee).

The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to many tourist attractions. These include Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. A tram station is also located near the hotel. This makes getting around very easy.

helpful staff friendly staff recommended activities small room basic furniture miserable restaurant

the staffs were helpful i must say and friendly too. they were recommend activities and tours i liked! i felt safe as solo female. umut and ridwan took good care of me.

rooms are too small with basic furniture but they showed photos of the best rooms on site. breakfast wasn't great i must say, i eat cheese only! the roof terrace restaurant is miserable.
